Hi!
I'm a beginner artist and need direction. I'm hoping to find some here. I've been painting for nearly a year and I have improved, but I still find myself making mistakes that I should not be making. I like acrylics and paint mostly early in the morning when my mind is fresh and the coffee is hot. I've ventured from painting and played around with junk journals, bullet journals and book making in general, but I keep painting in the back of my mind, so I've dove head long back into it recently. I take helpful suggestions very well and try to apply them as well as I can. So if you have a suggestion for me, please share.

I live in east Texas, where there are trees and lakes, not a desert area at all. It's humid and hot and we crave winter. I love the snow and cold weather so much more than the sticky hot weather. I do not ride horses, I do not wear boots, I do not live on a ranch. But I love all things Texas except rodeos.
